Mississauga's Form 3004, the Landlord's Release under the Rental Repairs and Renovations Licensing By-law 0039-2026, linked by the City as a signed release of liability. On one page addressed to the City, the landlord releases the City, its elected officials, officers and employees from claims arising from obtaining the licence, complying with the by-law, the repairs or renovations, or the N13 application to the Landlord and Tenant Board. It records the residential complex and unit and the landlord's or representative's signature, and accompanies the licence application.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
