Mississauga's Form 3005, the Rental Repairs and Renovations Licence Transfer Application under Licensing By-law 0039-2026, used when a licensed rental unit changes hands before the work is finished. Its three pages record the licence, residential complex, rental unit and tenant, the current landlord and representative, and the new landlord, the date title was acquired and the new representative. An Additional Requirements list names the insurance certificate, Landlord's Release and transferred building permit, and the attestation covers the transfer fee and the new landlord's top-up and moving payments.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
