Rental Repairs and Renovations Licensing By-Law 0039-2026

Overview

Mississauga's Form 3002, the Qualified Person's Report under the Rental Repairs and Renovations Licensing By-law 0039-2026, which the City links as the report by a qualified person. It is a two-page form, not a study: an architect, engineer or other qualified professional records the residential complex, unit, building permit application number and scope of work, their licence and licensing body or the basis of their qualification, then signs an attestation that the unit needs vacant possession, with an explanation and a professional seal. It accompanies the landlord's licence application.

What it covers

  • Residential Complex and Unit Information
  • Qualified Person Information (Select one)
  • Attestation
  • Explanation for Vacancy
  • Signature
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
