Town of Oakville By-law 2006-071, the Pool Enclosure By-law, passed March 20, 2006 and printed as a consolidated version as of March 28, 2022, in fourteen pages. It covers definitions, prohibitions, applications for pool enclosure permits, standards for enclosure height, openings, gates and entrances through buildings, temporary fencing, temporary pools, hot tubs and above ground pools, orders, penalties and inspection, with a Schedule A of permit fees. It prevails over the Fence By-law 2002-034 in a conflict.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
