Committee of Adjustment Participation Handbook, a 54-page City of Toronto handbook dated 2025 that explains how applicants and neighbours take part in minor variance and consent applications. It has a summary, an overview of who does what, how Committee Members decide, step-by-step guides for applicants and for neighbours, questions and answers, where to find help, definitions, related legislation, and sample notices and signs. It is the plain-language companion to the Committee's Rules of Procedure and Application Checklist.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
