Built form and urban design guidelines for Stouffville's Main Street Corridor, prepared for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville by Fotenn Planning + Design in June 2020 and funded through the Association of Municipalities of Ontario's Main Street Revitalization Initiative. It sets a development vision and guiding principles, then guidelines for four character areas — Main Street West, Downtown Main Street, the Industrial Railyards and Main Street East — gateways and nodes, the public realm, parks and open space, and building types from townhouses to high-rise, closing with demonstration plans.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
