The Community of Stouffville Sustainable Development Guidelines, printed January 2012, which the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville uses to assess the sustainable features of major development applications under Section 12.5.6 of the Secondary Plan. They take the form of two points-based checklists — subdivision design, out of 174 points, and site-level design, out of 181 — across community and site design, buildings, and energy, water and waste, each with an explanation of items. In its process the checklist is discussed at pre-consultation and returned with a Sustainability Report.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
