Schedule 2: Sewage System Installer Information, effective January 1, 2014, the one-page schedule to the building permit application that the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville links from its septic, residential and non-residential permit pages, used where an application is to construct, install or repair a sewage system. It asks whether the installer is in the sewage system business under Building Code Article 3.3.1.1, Division C, records the registered installer and qualified supervisor with their BCINs, and carries the applicant's declaration, including a permit holder's new Schedule 2 once the installer is known.
