Chapter 9 of the City of Brampton's 2006 Official Plan, the Bramalea Mobility Hub Secondary Plan. It covers roughly 106 hectares straddling Bramalea Road and Steeles Avenue East, between the Don Doan recreational trail, the CNR right of way and Spring Creek. Based on Official Plan Amendment OP2006-173, adopted in 2019 by By-law 229-2019 and amended by later tribunal orders, the chapter sets employment, office, mixed-use and mixed industrial commercial policies, four special site areas, airport height limitations, and transportation, servicing and implementation sections.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
