Overview

The Goreway Drive Corridor Secondary Plan, secondary plan area 39, in the City of Brampton's office consolidation of July 2026. Chapter 39 and Schedules SP39(A) and SP39(B) of the 1984 Official Plan cover about 115 acres on both sides of Goreway Drive from Highway Number 7 to north of Automatic Road. Its land use principles run through residential, institutional, intermediate office, business, highway and service commercial, open space and special policy areas, followed by shared parking, urban design guidelines, the transportation network, municipal services and implementation.
