Overview

The City of Brampton's July 2026 office consolidation of Chapter 44 of the 1993 Official Plan, the Fletchers Meadow Secondary Plan, based on Official Plan Amendment 93-78, in effect since 1998. It covers about 951 hectares between Wanless Drive, the CNR mainline and Highway No. 7, McLaughlin Road and Creditview Road, with an expanded area around the planned Mount Pleasant GO Station. Residential, retail, open space, institutional and transportation policies are followed by environmental and servicing considerations, implementation, and the Sub-Area 44-1 Mount Pleasant Village Mobility Hub block plan.
