Overview

The Northwest Sandalwood Parkway Secondary Plan, secondary plan area 2(a), in the City of Brampton's office consolidation of December 2025. Chapter 2(a) and Schedule SP 2.1(a) of the 1993 Official Plan cover about 168 hectares between McLaughlin Road and the Canadian Pacific Railway, south of Mayfield Road and north of Sandalwood Parkway. Built on the Fletchers Creek Subwatershed Management Study, the chapter recognises the redevelopment of previously designated industrial lands and sets development principles for residential and related uses, transportation policies, environmental, servicing and design considerations, and implementation.
