Overview

The City of Brampton Building Division's package for new or enlarged window and door openings. Its requirements sheet lists the site plan and legal survey, elevations of each face with new openings and the cladding type, lintels over the openings, the direction and span of structural members above, existing windows, and door sill, landing and stair dimensions, with a $326.21 fee and $133.61 for each opening beyond the first two. Schedule 1, the applicable law checklist, sample drawings and the Schedule C above grade entrance declaration follow.
