The City of Brampton's notice used where a portable sign permit is being acquired by someone other than the owner of the property. Addressed to the Chief Building Official and Director of Building at the City's Building Division on McLaughlin Road, it identifies the owner of the property, their address and a named contact, then the portable sign permit application itself — location, suite or unit, name of business, and the sign's display period start and end dates. The owner signs to confirm consent for the tenant or occupant.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
