Overview

The City of London's Commercial Kitchen System Permit Submission Guide, a one-page checklist based on NFPA 96 (2014 Edition) and OBC 2024. It sets out general items for all projects, then the sealed mechanical and HVAC, structural and fire suppression drawings that accompany a commercial cooking application: kitchen hoods, grease exhaust ducts, fans, make-up air units and hood suppression systems. It is one of London's system-specific permit submission guides.

What it covers

  • General Requirements (All Projects)
  • Sealed Engineering Drawings Required for Permit Submission
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
