Overview

The City of London Building Services' one-page Revision Submission Form, sent with revised documents for a permit already in review. It has the property address and permit number, a reason for the submission, a list of the submitted documents, and a check-off for electrical drawings (fire alarm, emergency lighting and exit signage, or both). A table gives the document names to use for residential and industrial, commercial and institutional permits, then asks whether revisions are clouded, citing Building By-law 87.
