A three-page declaration from the City of London's Housing and Community Growth, Building Services, revised February 6, 2026. A checklist of yes or no questions covers the fire alarm connection, the ways a magnetic lock releases, emergency exit and re-entry door signs, illumination and integrated systems testing. Signage specifications follow, then an installer's acknowledgement citing Ontario Building Code sentences and an owner's certification about the manual switch and the fire safety plan. It is submitted with the fire alarm verification report.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
