Overview

The City of London's one-page Property Owner Confirmation Declaration, which the City links as an authorization letter. It takes the applicant's name, email and property address, asks whether the applicant is the property owner, and offers an optional contractor section with a Tarion registration number. A third part carries the wording by which an owner authorizes an applicant to apply for and obtain a building permit on the owner's behalf, followed by the owner's contact details and signature. It is uploaded with the building permit application.
