The Town of Milton's Property Standards By-law, By-law Number 131-2012, passed October 29, 2012 and printed as a consolidated version with its amending by-laws, in forty-three pages. Sixty-two numbered parts cover scope, general standards, definitions, heritage properties, structural standards, exterior walls and roofs, plumbing, heating, lighting, yards, sewage, vacant and damaged buildings, security, pest control, swimming pools, snow removal, mould, orders and appeals, penalties and Schedule A officers. The demolition and additional residential unit pages link it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
