Chapter Two of the Toronto Official Plan, Shaping the City, its growth management chapter, in a printing with no consolidation date on its pages. It opens on building a more liveable urban region and Toronto's growth prospects, then structures growth by integrating land use and transportation: Downtown, the Centres, the Avenues and the Employment Areas. Section 2.3 covers healthy neighbourhoods and Toronto's green space system and waterfront, which the City's pre-application guidance cites at 2.3.2.3 for parkland, and 2.4 brings the city together through transportation.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
