Overview
A two-page Decision of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 575, adopted through By-law 846-2022, under subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act. Part A replaces Schedule 2, SASP 694, Map 1, the Agincourt Major Transit Station Area map. Part B lists deferred provisions for the McCowan, Science Centre and Milliken MTSAs. Page 2 shows the replacement Agincourt map as Appendix 1. It is dated August 15, 2025 and signed by an Assistant Deputy Minister.
