Overview

A one-page Decision of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 524, adopted by the City through By-law 47-2022, under subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act. It approves the amendment with modifications shown in bold underline and strikethrough: Sections 1 to 3 and 4(a) are deleted, the table of contents loses the Finch West and Sentinel Transit Station Areas, with a Chapter 8 table of contents heading amended. It is dated August 15, 2025 and signed by an Assistant Deputy Minister.
