Overview
A two-page Decision of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 544, adopted through By-law 845-2022, under subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act. Part A modifies Schedule 5, SASP 639, Map 2, Minimum Densities, for the York Mills Protected Major Transit Station Area. Part B defers the Rouge Hill MTSA provisions. Page 2 reproduces the replacement York Mills map as Appendix 1. It is dated August 15, 2025 and signed by an Assistant Deputy Minister.
