Overview

A Decision of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 540, adopted through By-law 844-2022, made under subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act. It approves the amendment with modifications: new sections 1 to 4 are added, amending Chapter 1, Section 4, Organization of the Plan, to add Chapter Eight, and Chapter 5, Section 5.6, Interpretation, including new Policies 16 and 17 on population and employment targets and minimum densities. It is dated August 15, 2025.
