Toronto's Pool Fence Enclosure Permit application form, number 17-0205, from Municipal Licensing and Standards, in four pages. A cover page lists the three district offices and the wards each serves, then the form gives its purpose under Municipal Code Chapter 447, Fences. It has property, owner and agent contact sections, fence location and type, a question on an active building permit, a question on a Notice of Violation, and a signature block. It sits with the City's pool fence FAQ and the Fence By-law.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
