The City of Brampton Building Division's homeowner package for a porch or porch enclosure permit, bundling the requirements sheet with Schedule 1: Designer Information, the applicable law checklist and sample drawings. It opens with a note about accessory building size and number and mature neighbourhood provisions under the zoning by-law, then lists the site plan and legal property survey, footing and foundation details, porch dimensions, wall and roof framing, engineered truss details, joist spans, cladding, roof covering and the connection to the house.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
