The City of Markham's ePLAN quick reference for a Committee of Adjustment Minor Variance (MNV) application under Section 45 of the Planning Act, dated March 2025. It states the four tests a variance meets and the Committee's authority over legal non-conforming uses, then walks through the ePLAN steps, including the sub types (heritage, technical amendment, lots on a draft approved plan, development standards or use) and work types by building size and use, through the application questions to upload, and lists the site plan, drawing standards and documents.
