Overview

The Town of Milton's By-law No. 109-2024, a three-page by-law passed in open council on December 9, 2024 that establishes a site plan control area under Section 41 of the Planning Act and repeals and replaces By-law No. 005-2015. It defines terms, applies to all lands in the Town, lists classes of development exempt from site plan control and classes that remain subject to it, delegates approval authority to the Commissioner, and addresses agreements, defaults and prosecution. The Town's site plan approval page links to it.
