The Town of Milton's Application for Site Plan Approval, a five-page form followed by a Halton Region Environmental Site-Screening Questionnaire. It asks for applicant and registered owner information, property information, existing conditions, the proposed development with residential and non-residential figures for permitted and proposed building height, coverage, landscape area and parking, an owner's authorization, and Schedule A, a schedule of estimated costs for on-site, off-site and landscape works. It is the form linked from the Town's site plan approval page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
