Form 2801, Mississauga's application to remove an (H) holding symbol from zoned lands under the Planning Act, revised December 2025. Its notice page lists the schedules that go with it, among them the Project Information, Declaration of Applicant and Environmental Site Screening schedules, and explains closure after six months of inactivity and refunds. It gives the fees, $2,429.00 or $55,108.00 within the CC1 to CC4 and CCOS City Centre zones, then collects applicant, registered owner, property and planning information, including the existing Official Plan designation and zoning.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
