Overview

Urban design guidelines for Phase 3 of the Headford Business Park in Richmond Hill, dated February 2007 and prepared by The MBTW Group and Watchorn Architect Inc., completing the lands within OPA 38 after the 1989 and 2004 guidelines for Phases 1 and 2. They set out the park's structure, entries, edges, pedestrian circulation and transit stops, architectural guidelines for site planning and building design, and landscape guidelines, then a design review process run by Watchorn Architect Inc. as design control architect ahead of Site Plan approval.
