Overview

The City of Richmond Hill Standards and Specifications Manual for development and capital infrastructure projects, published as a cover page and index with a foreword and revision sheet, then one file per division: sanitary sewers, watermains, transportation and roadworks, grading and local drainage, utilities, development application and capital project requirements, wastewater pumping stations, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, waste management, planting with a tree species selection tool, urban boulevards, and parks and open spaces.
