Overview
The City of Richmond Hill's three-page New Product Application Form, revised December 2022, for having a product considered by the Products, Standards and Specifications Management Committee for the City's lists of approved manufacturers and products in its standards. One application covers one product, marked for a water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater management or roadway system, with company and distributor details, lead times, emergency response, tools and testing, maintenance costs and schedules, installers, municipal references, and documentation such as specifications, warranty and certification letters.
