Overview

The Richmond Hill Infrastructure and Engineering Services Department's site circulation assessment requirements, linked from the city's site alteration permit page. It describes an on-site circulation study, also called vehicle tracking or swept path analysis, of how specific vehicle types manoeuvre through intersections, roundabouts, loading bays, parking lots and garages. It names AutoTURN software for the transportation professional, shows the city's design vehicles and the TAC design vehicles in figures, and gives snowplow dimensions of 8.5 m by 2.5 m, or 10.6 m by 4.4 m with the wing extended.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
