Overview

The Richmond Hill Infrastructure and Engineering Services Department's site plan requirements, linked from the city's site alteration permit page, a bulleted list of what a site plan by an architect, engineer or qualified draftsperson depicts. It names preferred metric scales and a summary chart of property and building area, height, gross floor area, tenant units, parking, Ontario Building Code classification and sprinklering. Other items include property lines, existing and proposed structures, snow storage, fire routes and hydrants, utility meters, and private street names for common element condominium applications.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
