Overview

A one-page letter to the City of Hamilton from the owner or applicant of a lot in a proposed plan of subdivision, given with a model home building permit application. It records the owner's undertaking to remove the model home should the plan of subdivision not be registered within twelve months of the permit's issuance, and a deposit of three thousand dollars ($3,000) held as security and returned on registration. The letter authorizes the City to use the deposit for the removal and road cleanup.
