Overview

Form 2806, Mississauga's Residential Condominium Conversion Schedule, a two-page owner's acknowledgement filed with a plan of condominium application that converts rental housing. The owner's signing officer certifies having reviewed the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and the landlord's responsibilities under it, and the form reprints section 51 of that Act on security of tenure and the tenant's right of first refusal. It then confirms the date written notice of the proposed conversion went to all existing tenants, with lines for the owner's signature and title.
