Overview

The City of Mississauga's two-page sheet on pre-application meeting requests for condominium applications, sent online to the Planning Services Centre (PSC). It sets out the drawings and documents for the request: a draft plan of condominium and declaration, an approved site plan or the Development Planner's written approval, and a cover letter naming the condominium type, with file-naming rules such as CDM-001. Nine steps walk through Mississauga ePlans. The second page repeats the Condominium Drawing Requirement Checklist, adding play lots and exception zones.
