Form 2807, Mississauga's Commenting Agency Fee Collection Worksheet, revised January 2024, filed with subdivision, condominium and other development applications. Its notice explains that the City does not collect commenting agencies' fees on their behalf and that conservation authorities charge their own plan review fees. After property and applicant details, it lists Conservation Halton, Credit Valley Conservation and Toronto and Region Conservation, then the Region of Peel's processing and commenting fees for Official Plan amendments, rezonings, subdivisions, condominiums, scoped or full site plan review and secondary plan amendments.
