Form 2805, Mississauga's one-page fee worksheet for a plan of condominium application, revised December 2025. It works out the fee line by line: a standard condominium base fee of $15,764.00 plus rates per apartment unit, per vacant lot or non-apartment unit and per hectare of non-residential land, capped at $31,375.00; a $24,404.00 common element condominium fee; and a credit for a pre-application meeting or DARC fee. It lists recirculation, amalgamation and amendment fees and names the Planning Act Processing Fees By-law as prevailing over the worksheet.
