The City of Mississauga's Encroachment By-law 0057-2004, enacted in February 2004 and printed with its amendments through By-law 0099-2026. It defines aerial, surface and sub-surface encroachments, boulevards, boulevard gardens and boulevard landscape features, then covers the encroachments it excludes, the conditions for boulevard gardens, applications and encroachment agreements in permit or agreement form, revocation, removal of unauthorized encroachments, recovery of expenses, penalties, and inspections and orders. Mississauga's Encroachment Agreement Application and its two sample sketches sit beside it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
