The City of Mississauga checklist for application form 2921, the road occupancy permit for complex construction — complex or multiple construction operations by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers tied to an approved development application or an issued building permit. It describes the application package: the construction liability certificate of insurance with its $10 million commercial general liability, $5 million motor vehicle, environmental impairment and aerial crane trespass wording, a construction management plan, and the completed form. Quick tips then walk sections 1 to 6, from applicant information to supporting documents.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
