The first of two sample sketches the City of Mississauga publishes on its encroachments on city property page, drawn as a surveyor would prepare one. It uses a fictitious 1234 Indian Road address in the Credit Indian Reserve, at 1:300 over a key plan, and hatches three encroachment areas — 5.7 m2, 16.1 m2 and 2.9 m2, totalling 24.7 m2 — where a stone retaining wall and concrete sit within the road allowance. Bearings, distances in metres and a fictitious Ontario Land Surveyor block complete the sheet.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
