The City of Mississauga's Certificate of Insurance for standard liability (Form 2590), from Legal Services, Risk Management, completed and signed by an insurance broker or insurer. It records the named insured and the work, then commercial general liability with yes or no boxes for property damage, bodily injury, non-owned automobile and tenant's legal liability, plus motor vehicle and umbrella policies. Its provisions add the City as an additional insured and include a cross-liability clause. Mississauga's road occupancy permit applications name it for storage on a City road.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
