The City of Richmond Hill's Statement of Design for Existing Buildings, form APP-05, v1.0, September 2026, a two-page code summary for an addition, alteration or change of use in an existing building. It records project information, building information such as major occupancies, building area and occupant load, design information from mezzanines to washrooms, fire safety systems and fire resistance ratings, and mechanical items, each keyed to an Ontario Building Code article, then the designer's details and signature. Richmond Hill's Non-Residential Permits page lists it beside the Building Data Matrix.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
