Toronto Building's three-page First Party Sign Permit application, the companion to its Third Party Sign Permit form. It records whether a new sign is erected or an existing one modified, the sign's street, lot and plan, the property's current use, any sign variance or by-law amendment relied on, related applications and earlier sign permits, and up to two sign owners or tenants. The applicant's declaration cites Chapter 694, a printed § 442-8 sets out the fee and refund scale, and a data sheet tabulates each sign face.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
