Overview

The City of Toronto's project review request, one form covering either a preliminary project review or a zoning certificate, carried on the City's sign application path. One review type is selected, and the form records the district office, the project location, existing and proposed use, a project description, and owner information marked for a zoning certificate review. Its declaration includes the applicant's acknowledgement on the Ontario Building Code Act and a fee reduction for a building permit application made within one year of a zoning certificate.
