Overview

Toronto's one-page Franchise Agreement Declaration from Municipal Licensing and Standards, Business Licensing and Regulatory Services, linked from the Temporary Signs page on new development signs beside the provincial business name registration. It defines a franchise agreement between franchiser and franchisee, then has fields for the applicant, operating address, operating name or trademark, the franchiser's full legal name and the commencement date, with a truth statement and signature lines. A Notice of Collection ends it. It is for use only where a signed franchise agreement exists.

What it covers
