Overview

Toronto Building's two-page Third Party Sign Inventory declaration for the Sign By-law Unit, printing a January 31 return date for the City's third party sign tax. Owners, jointly where ownership is shared, declare the attached sign inventory true and their authority to bind a corporation. An attachments block names the sign inventory and the Appointment of Authorized Agent form, and page two prints a sample five-sign inventory, then a note on the information Chapter 771 asks of owners and its penalties.
