Overview

The City of Toronto's sample letter to Transportation Services applying for approval of a construction staging site plan on a partial or full road and sidewalk closure, for an initial application or an extension request, linked from the City's construction permit page. This version leaves its construction-traffic tables as blank placeholders reading "# trips/day" and "mm/yy-mm/yy" for every phase from demolition to interior finishing, and its opening paragraph carries no RoDARS sentence; the RoDARS section further down asks for the ID number.
